Prices and VAT

All prices are displayed in euros and include the applicable VAT for your country of residence, in accordance with EU B2C regulations. The applicable rates are: Portugal 23%, Spain 21%, France 20%, Germany 19%.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason — as guaranteed by EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Full details on how to exercise this right are available on our Returns page.

Dispute resolution

We always hope to resolve any concerns directly and amicably. If you are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution with us, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Porto, Portugal, unless the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
