At Kadnse, we want every order to feel like a small act of care — from the moment it leaves our studio in Porto to the moment it arrives with you. If something isn't right, we're here to make it so.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This right is guaranteed under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise it, simply contact us at support@kadnse.com within that 14-day window with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
What we can accept back
We welcome returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition, received within 14 days of your order arriving. We are also happy to resolve any situation where an item reaches you damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered — please send us a photograph so we can act quickly.
What we cannot accept
For reasons of hygiene and product integrity, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used. Personalised orders and products purchased through third-party retailers also fall outside our return policy. We hope you understand.
How to begin a return
Write to us at support@kadnse.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the reason for your return, and any relevant photographs if the item arrived damaged. We will respond within two business days with everything you need.
Return shipping
When a return is the result of our error — a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — we will cover the cost of return shipping in full. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days — as required by EU consumer law. Please allow a further 5 to 10 business days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacements
If your item arrived damaged or defective and you would prefer a replacement rather than a refund, we will be happy to arrange one. Replacements are dispatched once the original item has been returned and inspected by our team.
