Shipping Policy

Getting your order to you is something we take seriously. Every Kadnse piece is handcrafted in small batches in Porto, and we want it to arrive in the same spirit in which it was made — with care and in perfect condition.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours during business hours, Monday to Friday. As our products are made by hand in small batches, out-of-stock items may occasionally require additional production time. We will always let you know if this is the case, and we appreciate your patience.

Portugal

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping is complimentary on orders over €100. For orders below this threshold, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Spain, France and Germany

Orders to Spain, France and Germany typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. All prices shown on our site include the applicable VAT for your country — Spain 21%, France 20%, Germany 19% — and no customs duties apply within the EU single market.

United Kingdom, United States, Hong Kong and Japan

International orders outside the EU typically arrive within 7 to 21 business days, depending on your destination and local customs clearance. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to you.
