In-Stock Items: Orders are processed during business hours and typically dispatched within 24-48 hours.

Made-to-Order: As we craft our products in small batches and prioritize quality by working with local/small suppliers, out-of-stock items may require additional days for production. We value transparency and will communicate with you if your order is expected to have an extended preparation time.

Stock Outages: In the rare event of a stock outage, we will promptly notify you to confirm whether you wish to maintain your order or make alternative arrangements.
