Warning

Be careful since it heats up quickly. Always heat in tiny increments, and if necessary, shake it and heat briefly again.

Cover wash

Pillow cover is removable and washable. Use a natural washing detergent and wash your hands in cold water. Let it dry naturally. The insert pad shouldn't be washed.

Storage

When not in use, store in a sealed bag in a cold, dry location.

The weight of flaxseed applies moderate pressure to relieve headache tension. Suitable for hot or cold use to provide relief and recovery.

Warm Therapy

Place your wellness pad on a clean surface in the microwave.
Warm in 10-second increments until it reaches a comfortable temperature.
Always test the warmth with your hand before applying to skin.
Do not heat for more than 10 minutes at a time and ensure it's not overly hot to prevent burns.
Cease heating immediately if you notice any popping sounds.
Allow a pad that has been stored in a cold environment to reach room temperature before microwaving.

Cold Therapy

Place your wellness pad inside a sealed freezer bag to avoid moisture.
Freeze for 30 to 60 minutes before use.
Apply to the affected area for a cooling and soothing effect.

Belly-Pad

Why Flaxseed?

Whole flaxseed offers a soft, moist heat that aids in the healing process. Since flaxseeds are flower seeds and not grain seeds, they contain 30–40% oil that stays inside the seed, allowing it to be heated repeatedly. As the water in other items cooks over time, they become less and less able to hold heat. After an hour of heating, flaxseed pillows still hold half of their heat. The pillow will remain warm for hours under covers. Flax don't ever produces the same "cooked grain" smell that other grain-based products do after repeated heating. Flaxseed has a soft, soothing weight. Although it does not get cold enough to produce the numbing required for conditions like sprains and back problems, flaxseed pillows can be cooled in the freezer to relieve fevers or minor inflammations.
